Torley Linden has posted a video tutorial that explains how Flickr Set Manager works: the application auto-generates sets based on criteria like tags. If you upload new pictures that fit the criteria, they'll automatically be added to the set on the next daily refresh.
This may be helpful for many users that have a frequent use of Flickr.
