MakeHuman: Open Source 3D Human Model Builder

MakeHuman is a software to build human 3D models similar to Poser. The difference is that it is focused to modeling these figures, and that these models try to be anatomically realistic, not always ideal.

You can modify the human mesh using parameters for each body part. After that, you can export the mesh, to be used in your 3D modeler or application. You can then alter and use this mesh with compete freedom, as MakeHuman is GPL, and the meshes produced are yours to be used.
