This article is about a different virtual world. It turns you into a deer that roams an endless forest of stunning beauty.

In The Endless Forest you are a deer that wanders into an enormous forest, just enjoying its beauty. You can interact with other deers, that are other people. Registered players (register is free) show a strange sign over their heads instead of a nickname.

You can't talk to others, but you can perform many actions to communicate with them, and also using sounds and body language. In this virtual land, you are an animal.

It also works like a social screensaver. This means that you can set it as screensaver, and when your computer is not active, it will run and connect, and you appear there.

It is not difficult to find other players or guests, and it's a pleasure to discover strange ruins, statues of forest gods, and jump over cliffs and bridges, or just run through the endless forest.
