The community of Revemonde, that hosts many of the worlds of the best VRML worldbuilders, offers a free server to which you can connect your worlds, and take them online again. This server has been called Outside.
As the Blaxxun free test server was taken down and no one knows if it will be ever be working again, Outside has come to generously replace it.
To connect your world, you just need to edit the first lines in your .bxx file:
server outside.revemonde.net
port 4000
port 4000
In the main page of Outside, you can also explore other worlds, access the forum, and download the Blaxxun Contact client software.

I don't know, but I think there's no limitations.
